Employees of the customer company have the right to define which contact persons are stored in the Aseliike Markus Remes Oy’s customer register for that particular customer relationship.

For electronic direct marketing (newsletters), the Brevo service is used, which acts as a data processor on behalf of Aseliike Markus Remes Oy.

The data stored in the register do not include the personal details of contact persons unless they are necessary for the customer relationship or identical to the company’s data.

6. Data Retention Period

Aseliike Markus Remes Oy stores personal data in the register until the customer relationship between the data subject and the company can be considered ended. The end date is defined as five years after the termination of the customer agreement or the last service contact or communication. Billing-related information is retained as required by accounting legislation. Data related to firearm bookkeeping is retained in accordance with the Firearms Act, Section 25, for at least 30 years after the last entry and destroyed after 50 years.
